How to Unblock Email Contacts in Outlook

Are you using Outlook and having problems not getting emails? It could be possible that you accidentally sent them to the blocked file. This happened to one of my clients. Their website is built on Webflow. This is a common occurrence that happens often with the Weblfow form email. It can be incredibly frustrating not getting the info from a potential client. BUT, it is equally as easy to fix this problem.

Below you will find the steps to both blog and unblock email contacts in Outlook.

Blocking Email Contacts

1. On the Home tab, select 'Junk', then 'Junk E-mail Options'.

2. Select the 'Blocked Senders' tab.

3. Click 'Add'.

4. Type the email address or domain that you want to block, then click 'OK'.

5. Click 'Apply', then 'OK' to save your changes.

Unblocking Emails/Contacts

To remove a blocked contact:

1. On the Home tab, select 'Junk', then 'Junk E-mail Options'.

2. Select the 'Blocked Senders' tab.

3. Select the contact you want to unblock and click 'Remove.'

4. Click 'Apply', then 'OK' to save your changes.
